Dr. EDWARD HOFSTEIN

Edward has practiced various aspects of International  and commercial law. His large expertise also includes all areas of corporate law with a particular focus on joint ventures, private equity, commercial and corporate transactions and restructurings as well as corporate governance.

He also has extensive experience in international dispute resolution. He is an experienced negotiator, able to move quickly from the negotiating table to the courtroom, if necessary. He understands the interests of the parties and conducts delicate multi-party and multilingual mediations with a focus on providing dedicated and rapid dispute resolution services to the parties.

Thanks to her varied background at the Bar and in international structures, Milena has acquired a wide range of legal experience both in Belgian law and in internationally-oriented fields.

Dr. Aronin’s wide experience ranges from international complex litigation  through to the area of liability, medical law, construction litigation matters as well as post-acquisition litigation work and shareholder disputes. He acts as a trusted adviser on commercial matters on a regular basis and provides guidance on drafting legal documentation.

She provides comprehensive advice to organisations in various industry sectors on data protection (privacy) and regulation of the digital space. She regularly advises on projects related to new technologies (including Artificial Intelligence) and the innovative use of data. She has extensive experience of software licensing transactions and related development projects. Her experience focuses in particular on drafting and negotiating agreements in the fields of e-commerce customer support, electronic communications and various technology projects.

Eve is a specialised in banking and credit legal implications. She is also involved in financial, banking litigation and arbitration aspects related thereto.
